Looking for a fun, enjoyable program that'll boost your strength and have you pack on loads of muscle at the same time? Look no further than our PPL Powerbuilding program! You'll get exact sets, reps and exercises, as well as a planned out deload! Plus, for your convenience we'll provide you with a spreadsheet to track your progress, and which you can log into after every session. It runs for 8 weeks, and is designed to not only increase your numbers in your squat, bench press and deadlift, but also help you build maximal amounts muscle and have your body looking truly impressive. You'll be in the gym training six days a week, which allows for several chances throughout the week to train your heavy compounds, and also the ability to factor in more volume than you would on other splits. Workouts will be done with barbells, dumbbells and machines, so a gym will likely be necessary for this program to work. Please note that we do include a one-rep max test at the end of the program for all three of your main powerlifting compounds, so it's ideal if you do know what they are prior to beginning this program. The spreadsheet also comes with a helpful percentage calculator to work out the weights that you should be using to warm up with leading up to your one rep max test!
