Looking to get started with fitness but not sure where to begin? Want a simple, convenient and affordable program to kickstart your journey? If so, you're in the right place. Our Full-Body Functional Strength program is tailored to suit beginners, with everything mapped out for you. You'll get exact sets, reps, and exercise guides as well as a pre-made spreadsheet so that you can track your progress and how much you improve! The program runs for 6 weeks, and is designed to help you build up the foundational strength (hence the name) you need to progress as quickly as possible. You'll focus on learning the proper form of the three main compound movements, the squat, bench press and deadlift. The program will have you training in the gym 3 days a week, which is plenty to get started with, but not so much that it burns you out or cuts too much into your other commitments whilst you're still figuring everything out. You can expect each session to take somewhere between 60 and 80 minutes. Access to a gym will be necessary, as our workouts include dumbbells, barbells and machines. Don't worry, you can also ask directly for support at our chat inbox, just give us some context and we can help you along! Please consult a professional if you have had injuries in the past, concerns about safety, or any doubts about whether or not you should be lifting weights.
